NO-SHOWS: No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service total. After one no-show, full payment may be required to rebook.

LATE POLICY: There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may result in a shortened service or cancellation (charged as a same-day cancellation).

RETAINER FEES: Select services require a nonrefundable retainer. Retainers are forfeited if you cancel late or do not show.

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule up to 48 hours ahead. Rescheduling within 48 hours follows the cancellation policy.

SICK POLICY: Same-day sick cancellations still incur the cancellation fee unless proper notice is provided.

GUEST POLICY: No guests during appointment

APPOINTMENT RETENTION FEE: New clients pay a $30 retention fee, non-refundable. A RETENTION fee will apply to the service total if appt is honored.
